The fire retarding properties of the coating PLAMCOR-1 are supported by the fire test results and Fire Safety Certificates issued by the accredited certification authorities and test centers according to the established legal procedure.
Recommended use
Fire protection of metal structures of industrial and commercial construction objects, welfare buildings and equipment exposed to the moderately cold and cold weather, I and II atmosphere types, location categories 3 and 4 according to GOST 15150-69 at relative air humidity not exceeding 85 %.
The coat is not water-resistant.
Acrylic enamel and other types of enamels may be used as the finishing coat (as agreed upon with the manufacturer). Use of other paint products in the protective coating systems is allowed only if approved by the VMP Holding.
Fire rating of the coat with metal thickness of 3.4 mm is:
-
45 minutes – coat thickness of 0.75 mm;
-
60 minutes- coat thickness of 1.2 mm
Fire rating of the coat with metal thickness of 5.8 mm is 90 minutes with coat thickness of 1.50 mm.
