Pay attention to the following parameters when buying VMP products:
- Price.Fake can and must be recognized even before purchase – its price will be significantly lower than that of the manufacturer. For example, in the case of zinc-filled coatings, the high content of zinc at its high cost does not allow to make a cheap composition.

Incoming inspection.Incoming inspection of paintwork materials includes the inspection of accompanying documentation, inspection of transportation containers and confirming the compliance of material properties with the requirements specified in the material’s quality data sheet.
Quality Data Sheet is one of the most frequently forged accompanying documents. Therefore, it should be checked for a unique identifier. The Data Sheets are supplied with every lot shipped from the factory, they are invalid without a unique identifier. Pay special attention to checking external features (label, container, packing), completeness of supply and specifications. The main container for VMP products is a tin jar (euro jar) with a “Crown” lid. Method of image application on the jar – tin lithography, label – self-adhesive paper. Check the name’s correctness, expiration date and information about the manufacturer on the label.
